Upon initial contact, our managers will review your files for subject matter, difficulty, and DTP requirements.
Next, each file is logged into OnTarget where cost and time lines are established for your review.
Once the files are entered, project initialization is simply an "ok" or "PO" away.
We like to establish long-term relationships with
our clients. In order to speed quoting, once communication has begun,
your profile is entered into the system and all future quoting will
pull from the same established price points.

Upon project acceptance, linguists and due dates
are assigned to each document for each phase of our 4-step translation
process.
Then, each file is prepared using the preferred
translation assistance technology tool and is sent to the appropriate
translator.
All files are assigned individually, thus ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

As files are returned, they are logged into the system where the manager can keep track of due dates.
Up-to-the-minute reports allow us to know where
each document is at any given time based on any number of criteria,
like language, document name, due date, etc.
One nice feature is that we've built a secure
online access portal so each client can check the progress of any
project day or night.
Once the translation project is complete, it is returned in the requested format and the review and revision process begins.
